ABOUT US

HooksHouse is a very small family run operation, we have been raising and breeding Boxers in Anderson County since 1983, which are the best family dogs we have ever known. We only have 2 litters of Boxers a year, as we only have 3 females and 1 male (that we retired in 2007). We always have a waiting list for our next litter because families are willing to wait for a quality puppy to add to their family. Owners have driven from as far away as Texas, Florida, South Carolina, & Kentucky to buy a puppy from HooksHouse.

We have lived in the Anderson County area of East TN most of our lives and have built a great reputation for breeding healthy, beautiful, intelligent, and gentle AKC Boxers. We are continuing our great reputation in breeding Olde English

Bulldogges beginning this year (2009).

I spent 10 years searching for a breed that we could love as much as we do our Boxers and finally achieved that goal in the Olde English Bulldogges. This breed looks very similar but is different from the modern day English Bulldogs. Olde English Bulldogges are much more energetic, healthier (no breathing or skin problems), and without C-section births as is common with the English Bulldogs. They do have the loving, gentle personalities and the look of the English Bulldogs.

We bought "Bodacious of HooksHouse" (we just call her Bo-Bo) in 2008 and she is everything we expected and then some. Bo-Bo is so sweet and loving. We have had absolutely no health problems with her. She is registered with 5 different agencies, International Olde English Bulldogge Association (I.O.E.B.A.), National Kennel Club (N.K.C.), Continental Kennel Club (C.K.C.), National Bulldogge Association (N.B.A.), and the World Bulldog Alliance (W.B.A.). We have also added another female, Sassy, and a male, Tank, to our line-up. They are both also wonderful Olde English Bulldogges.

Our hope is that whether you choose a Boxer or an Olde English Bulldogge puppy, that you will love it, take good care of it, and make it a part of your family, as we have done with our dogs. Believe me, every ounce of love you pour into these pups will be returned 100 times!
